Berlin Colors Live

Berlin Colors Live

Berlin Colors is a fusion fashion project that brings the creative potential of Germany’s capital to Los Angeles Fashion Week.

A creative collaboration by Studio Blond&Bieber curated by Quynh Tran.

Berlin-based Studio Blond & Bieber teams up with fashion journalist Quynh Tran and the city’s outstanding young designers Dawid Tomaszewski, Hien Le, Michael Sontag, Perret Schaad, Schmidttakahashi and Vladimir Karaleev to present cutting-edge color innovations “Algaemy” and “Blackcurrant” with looks from the designers’ latest collections.

German footwear brand Trippen provided a selected style of their wooden shoe collection, which the designers developed further into a range of twelve pair of entirely unique, sustainably dyed shoes for L.A. Fashion Week. Together with Swarovski Studio Blond & Bieber reinterpreted an exclusive piece from Michael Sontag’s current collection.

The project presents an original perspective on the impact of scientific resources on contemporary fashion and collaborative community approaches on creative production.

Berlin Colors is a fusion fashion project.
